Buy with Prime promotions for Shopify

An automatic discount is applied automatically at checkout if the shopper’s order meets specific eligibility criteria. No coupon code is required. As a merchant, you can choose the form of discount (for example, a dollar or percentage discount), the amount of discount (for example, $10 or 5% off), and the duration of the automatic promotion. You can also define the parameters of the automatic promotion, such as purchase requirements (for example, minimum total dollar amount or product quantity).

As a prerequisite, you must have already onboarded to the Buy with Prime app for Shopify. You can create up to 25 active or paused discounts. Of those, only 5 may be simultaneously active.

1. Open the Shopify admin.
2. On the Discounts tab, click Create discount, and then Amount off Buy with Prime products or Amount off Buy with Prime order.
3. (One-time step) After you’re prompted to provide the app permission to access your Shopify promotions data, click update.
   The form to create a new discount appears.
4. Select the start date and optionally, the end date.
5. Enter a discount title.
6. Set up the discount value – percentage or amount off.
7. Choose the products to which you want to apply the discount. You can select a maximum of 50 products per discount.
8. If your discount includes requirements for usage, choose minimum purchase amount or minimum purchase quantity. If your discount doesn’t include requirements for usage, choose none. You can only select one requirement.
9. To stack this Buy with Prime promotion with other Buy with Prime and/or Shopify product, order, and/or shipping promotions, turn Combinations on.
   Note: It’s a best practice to test the combinations because it’s possible that they can result in larger discounts than you intended.
10. Click Create.

2. On the Discounts tab, click an existing discount.
   Note: “Buy with Prime – “ is added to the beginning of the promotion name.

3. Edit the promotion detail(s).
4. Click Save.

Note: You can’t activate, deactivate or delete a discount on the edit discount screen.

2. On the Discounts tab, select the discount(s) that you want to delete.
3. On the more actions (...) menu next to Deactivate discounts, click Delete discounts, and then Delete.

3. Click Deactivate discounts, and then Deactivate.
